By joining the Bosco de’ Medici Wine Club, you enter into an annual membership agreement with Palomba Corporation S.R.L. (VAT no. 03077881211), owner and operator of Bosco de’ Medici Wine Resort, Via Antonio Segni 43, 80045 Pompei (NA), Italy. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Three membership tiers are available: Bronze (€240/year), Silver (€729/year), and Gold (€960/year). Each tier differs in the number of annual shipments, the labels included, and the exclusive benefits offered.
Membership fees are charged in full at the time of purchase. The membership is valid for twelve months from the date of the first payment and renews automatically unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5 below. Members will receive a renewal notice by email at least 14 days before the charge date. Payment is processed securely through our online platform.
Shipments are dispatched according to the schedule for each tier:
Exact dispatch dates are communicated to members by email at least two weeks in advance. All shipments are included in the membership fee and delivered to the address provided at registration. Bosco de’ Medici ships across Europe and the United States. For deliveries outside these regions, please contact us at info@boscodemediciwinery.it before joining.
Members are responsible for ensuring that someone of legal drinking age is available to receive the delivery. A signature may be required upon receipt. In the event of a missed delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave the parcel at a designated collection point. Bosco de’ Medici is not liable for losses arising from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the member.
The bottles included in each shipment are curated exclusively by our cellar master and winemaking team. The selection varies by tier and by season, and may differ from year to year depending on harvest conditions and production volumes. Specific labels cannot be requested or substituted, except in the case of documented allergies or intolerances, which must be communicated in writing before the dispatch date.
Members may cancel their membership at any time by writing to info@boscodemediciwinery.it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current membership year — no partial refunds are issued for months remaining in the active period. If a cancellation request is received more than 30 days before the scheduled renewal date, the membership will not be charged for the following year. Cancellation requests received within 30 days of the renewal date cannot prevent the subsequent charge, as the renewal will already have been processed.
Bosco de’ Medici reserves the right to terminate a membership in the event of repeated non-delivery caused by an incorrect address provided by the member, or in the event of fraudulent activity.
If a bottle arrives broken or shows clear signs of spoilage attributable to transport or storage conditions on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@boscodemediciwinery.it with a photograph of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or issue a credit at our discretion.
We do not accept returns based on personal taste preferences. Wine is an agricultural product — natural variation between vintages is not grounds for a return.
Gold members are entitled to one private estate visit per membership year, to be arranged by appointment. The visit must be booked at least 30 days in advance by writing to info@boscodemediciwinery.it. The visit is personal and non-transferable: it cannot be gifted, sold, or assigned to a third party. It does not carry a monetary equivalent and cannot be redeemed in cash if not used within the membership year.
Members may upgrade their tier at any time by paying the price difference for the remaining period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. To request a tier change, write to info@boscodemediciwinery.it.
Membership is available only to individuals aged 18 or over. By joining, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any delivery address you provide is accessible to a person of legal drinking age.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at boscodemedici.it/en/our-privacy-policy. We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this membership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Naples, Italy.
